Lemonade, spiked with vodka, is an original classic since my highschool years. This High School style hard lemonade will take you back to the fun times in your teenage years of sitting in the parking lot with your friends or a beach/ pool party or even the heatwave that last summer. All just before you got caught by your parents!!

It’s not like high schoolers ever drink …. that would be illegal, but for all the bad kids in the world. This convertible lemonade is a recipe stable that you should have in your recipe books

( I do NOT recommend teenagers to start drinking before the age of 18, GET YOUR LIFE TOGETHER, SIRS!!!)

  • Medium pot
  • Spoon, for mixing
  • Large pitcher

  • 5 cups of water
  • 3/4 cups of sugar
  • Six lemons, juiced
  • 1/2 cup of vodka
  • A half of lime

  1. In a medium pot, bring the water to boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sugar and bring the temperature down to low heat. Stir until the sugar dissolved.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice, lime juice, and vodka.
  4. Let it cool to room temperature. Once cool, put in the fridge to cool it all the way down in a pitcher.
  5. Taste. Adjust the sugar or vodka if necessary.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges and done!!!

Get in a kitty pool and get your tan on with this drink under the sun. Can not let this quarantine stop you from enjoying some time in the water and sun.

For another twist for lemonade try Blackberry – Mint Spiked Lemonade, it is a game-changer to spike up the summer season!!
