Raspberry is a sweet delicious fruit that when added to alcohol gives it a depth of flavor. A sparkling raspberry cocktail known as The Lazy Susan is a sparkling wine drink that has a twist of favor with the freshness of raspberries. It is a great drink that you can have anywhere.

This cocktail is great for all the hard-working people that are kicking ass and still had time to relax with a drink. You can take a load off with this sparkling wine drink to ease down your worries. The Lazy Susan made with sparkling rose wine, and fresh raspberries is the drink that you need to try. Keep it as a stable for a hards work done!!


  • Blender
  • Fine mesh sieve
  • Large pitcher


  • 2 cups of raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • A lemon zest, grated
  • A lime zest, zested
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1 bottle sparkling rose wine
  • 2 cups sparkling water


  1. In a blender, blend up the raspberries, sugar, both zests, and orange juice; blend until the berries are meld.
  2. Grab your large pitcher and put your fine-mesh sieve on top, pour the mixture that you had blended and pour it in through the fine-mesh sieve into the pitcher to catch any seeds from the berries left behind.
  3. Remove the sieve and stir in the rose wine and sparkling water.
  4. Serve it over ice with a slice of either lemon or lime.
